When parents or guardians pay school tuition, admission fees, or examination fees online via the School ERP, all payment transactions are routed securely through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Payment Aggregators (such as Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree).

• All transaction data transmitted between the user's browser, our portal, and the payment gateway is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) protocols.
• The school database retains only the authorized non-sensitive transaction confirmation: Payment Gateway Order ID, Payment ID, Transaction Date & Time, Amount Paid, and Payment Status (Success / Pending / Failed).
• Digital fee receipts generated upon successful payment serve as official financial records for the student.
