By accessing or using our official portal (tarabarijb.edu.in), submitting admission enquiries, or logging into the School ERP portal for fee payment, report cards, or circulars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the digital services.

2. ERP Portal Accounts & Guardian Credentials

Where account credentials (such as Student Admission Number, Registered Mobile Number, One-Time Password [OTP], or Parent Portal password) are assigned for ERP access:

• Guardians are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any activity, submission, or transaction executed under a registered account shall be deemed authorized by the parent or guardian.
• Users must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access or credential compromise to the school office at contact@tarabarijb.edu.in.
• The school reserves the right to suspend or restrict portal access if fraudulent activity, misuse, or tampering is detected.

3. Online Fee Payment Obligations & Digital Receipts

Regarding fee payments processed through the website or ERP system:

1. Fee Structure & Due Dates: School fees (Tuition fees, Admission/Re-admission fees, Examination fees, and Computer/Activity fees) are determined by the School Managing Committee and must be cleared according to the prescribed academic calendar.
2. Payment Gateway Convenience Charges: Any third-party transaction processing fees levied by banks, card networks, or payment gateways will be displayed transparently prior to payment confirmation.
3. Failed Transactions: If funds are debited from a parent's bank account but an official fee receipt is not generated due to network dropouts or banking delays, the transaction will be resolved in accordance with our Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Late Fees: Dues unpaid after the prescribed due dates may attract late fines or temporary restriction on report card generation as approved by school authorities.

4. Acceptable Portal Use

Users agree not to engage in any activity that impairs, compromises, or disrupts the integrity of the school platform or ERP infrastructure:

• Prohibition of automated data harvesting, web scraping, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or vulnerability scanning.
• Prohibition of attempting to access another student's academic or financial records without authorized parental rights.
• Submitting false or fabricated identity documents during the online admission enquiry process.
• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content appearing on this website and ERP portal—including but not limited to the official school emblem, school crest, crest motto ("শিক্ষাই পৰম সম্পদ : জ্ঞানেই জ্যোতি"), text, syllabus outlines, photo galleries, brochures, and layout designs—is the proprietary property of Tarabari Jatiya Bidyalaya and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

Content may be viewed or printed solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes relating to a student's schooling. Any commercial duplication, redistribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. System Availability & Scheduled Maintenance

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, access to the school website and ERP portal may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for software updates, server maintenance, database backups, or emergency bug fixes. Where feasible, routine maintenance will be conducted during non-peak night hours.

The school shall not be held liable for temporary portal unavailability arising from regional telecommunication disruptions, internet service provider outages, power failures, or unforeseen acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Tarabari Jatiya Bidyalaya and its management committee, teachers, and technical service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website, digital receipts, or the ERP system.

The school's maximum aggregate liability concerning any disputed fee transaction shall not exceed the actual fee amount received by the school for that specific transaction.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All parties agree that any legal proceedings or suits relating to Tarabari Jatiya Bidyalaya shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts at Nagaon, Assam, and the Gauhati High Court, Guwahati.
